* Until further notice.
* At 630 PM Wednesday the stage was 18.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river will continue rising to near 19.2 feet by
Saturday evening then begin falling.

WarningSum:...Dense Fog Advisory In Effect Until 10 Am Cdt This Morning...
Warning Message:The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a dense fog
advisory...which is in effect until 10 am CDT this morning.
* Timing...dense fog will continue to become more widespread
across the region. The fog should gradually burn off after
sunrise...with the thickest fog having dissipated by mid
morning.
* Visibility...expect visibilities of one quarter mile or less to
be common through early this morning.
* Impacts...the dense fog will produce potentially hazardous
driving conditions this morning due to low and rapidly changing
visibility.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
